Q1: Is it possible to have the same trainer for an extended period of time?

Yes, this is something we like to emphasize, continuity between a single trainer and the client for the length of the contract and future ones as well. Establishing a long term relationship is our goal. A trainer who has spent time with the client obviously has a better understanding of the needs of the particular client.

Q2: What are your class times and availability?

We are extremely flexible with this. We offer 90-120 minute classes, 7:00am to 9:00pm and weekends too.

Q3: How are your courses designed?

Standard Courses: Third party textbooks are matched to the client's language needs and used as a base and adapted further to best suit the client's needs.

Customized Courses: Developed in conjunction with the client to focus on a particular aspect of the language training and/or business area.

Q4: What's the difference between the Coaching and Business Skills Courses?

The Coaching courses are designed for a specific task whereas the Business Skills courses are built around an overall improvement in a particular field.

Q5: What is your rescheduling policy?

We understand that flexibility in the business world is a must. With this in mind PEAK makes every effort to set up a rescheduling policy with each individual client that allows the client to reschedule on a relatively short notice and the opportunity to get the maximum benefit from the course.

Q6: If needed, can I change the content of my course during the course?

Of course, just let us know what your needs are and we will take care of it.
